Geoff’s Latest Furniture Design: Last week Geoffrey Warner Studio completed a large Dining Room Table. This stunning cherry table has a 54″ diameter and when the 3 leaves are inserted, the table expands to 90″.
This custom wooden table will seat 6 to 12. Owl Chairs in cherry are also being made to accompany the table. Here’s a brief video of Geoff finishing the table: http://youtu.be/
Inspiration for the tables base stems from nature and the art nouveau design period from over 100 years ago. The sawn knees and legs are hand-shaped round and hard edged in order to reveal a graceful flow of form, enhanced by the play of light and shadow.
